Responsibilities: Drive Revenue Growth • Build and manage a pipeline of architects, builders, developers, and designers • Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship development • Guide projects from discovery through proposal, sourcing, and close • Expand existing client relationships through upsell and cross-sell opportunities Lead the Sales Process • Execute and champion the Outgrow proactive sales methodology • Maintain disciplined CRM usage and pipeline visibility • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales cadence meetings • Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and revenue planning Strengthen Client Relationships • Host showroom meetings and on-site presentations • Serve as a trusted sourcing advisor to design professionals • Represent Pittet Architectural within the luxury design community What Success Looks Like • Consistent outbound activity and pipeline growth • Clear CRM documentation and forecasting accuracy • Increased opportunity volume and conversion • Contribution toward annual company revenue targets • Demonstrated ownership of process and accountability metrics Who You Are • A proactive, relationship-driven sales professional • Comfortable working with architects, designers, and builders • Naturally curious and skilled at asking discovery questions • Organized, process-oriented, and CRM disciplined • Confident in managing long sales cycles and complex projects • Energized by accountability, growth, and measurable outcomes • Experience in architectural products, luxury construction, or design-adjacent industries is highly valued but not required.
