Qualifications: • Successful track record as a Director of Sales, Sales Manager, or senior sales leader. • Skilled in leading and scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings. • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills. • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. • Experienced in sales operations, forecasting, and performance optimization. • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
