Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence. Responsibilities: • Lead weekly accountability meetings • Track and manage KPIs for both agents and virtual assistants • Maintain a high-energy, positive team culture • Coach and hold agents accountable to performance benchmarks • Identify and solve operational issues and training gaps • Onboard and train new team members for a fast, productive ramp-up • Collaborate with ownership to align sales execution with business vision Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Previous sales experience • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software Compensation: $75,000 yearly
