This role is pivotal in aligning our online marketing efforts with sales execution—optimizing ad spend across platforms to maximize ROI while maintaining the integrity of our brand voice. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for performance metrics, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and a passion for turning digital interest into meaningful customer relationships. Responsibilities: • Build and optimize lead generation funnels across paid ads, SEO, email, and social • Manage the HubSpot CRM system to optimize ad spend • Design automated workflows for follow-ups, retargeting, and nurturing • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI • Collaborate with creative, sales, and web teams to align messaging and UX • Routing digital leads to the right team members and driving accountability to ensure every opportunity is actively pursued and converted • Continuously refine the online customer journey—from first click to final sale Qualifications: • Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing • Previous experience in managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
