Director of Partnership Development (Remote | U.S.)
We are seeking a high-performing Director of Partnership Development to drive new business growth within the U.S. higher education market. This role is ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional who thrives on outbound prospecting, enjoys being on the phone, and is motivated by building pipeline from the ground up.
The Director of Partnership Development is responsible for lead generation and early-stage pipeline development by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective college and university partners. Success in this role requires a balance of consultative relationship-building and a strong sense of urgency to help institutions explore transformation opportunities in adult and online education.
This is a remote, inside-sales role with a strong emphasis on cold calling, strategic outreach, and meeting-based pipeline creation.
