HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Quality & Patient Safety Officer for a 300+ bed hospital in Colorado. Responsibilities include oversight of:
- Quality metrics and dashboards
- Patient safety events / RCA support
- Survey readiness and accreditation
- Performance Improvement initiatives
- Physician/staff engagement and mentoring of staff
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, BSN preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of comparable Quality leadership experience within an acute care hospital setting.
- Certifications: CPHQ, CPPS strongly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.
- EMR: Epic
