HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Quality & Patient Safety Officer for a 300+ bed hospital in Colorado.  Responsibilities include oversight of:

• Quality metrics and dashboards 
• Patient safety events / RCA support 
• Survey readiness and accreditation
• Performance Improvement initiatives
• Physician/staff engagement and mentoring of staff 
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required, BSN preferred. 
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of comparable Quality leadership experience within an acute care hospital setting.
• Certifications: CPHQ, CPPS strongly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.
• EMR: Epic
