    Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will act as the lead advisor of Kantar's offerings, namely, Media effectiveness measurement product suites e.g. BLI, XM, Norms, etc. as you proactively remove clutter to resolve questions, expeditiously.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with a wide variety of internal and external collaborators to identify, prioritize and initiate research on research looking into key areas of Media effectiveness measurement.

    • Lead a portfolio of identified research objectives and develop a prioritized roadmap to address the objectives.

    • Start with a hypothesis, and work with large data sets, conduct interviews, perform online research to identify key information.

    • Build reports that are clear and concise for external audiences

    • Proactively prepare for the evolving media and advertising landscape (both technical and regulatory) and develop POVs on the impact of those changes to methodology, our products, our clients.

    • Extract, transform, and analyze data using scripting languages (Python, SQL, VBA, Excel etc.)

    • Partner with the product leadership in crafting new offerings or improving existing product capabilities.

    Experience & Education:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university with an emphasis on statistics, and analytics

    • Minimum 5 years prior analytics and reporting experience preferably in Media, Marketing Research domains with demonstrated analytics experience. Data and analytics savvy candidates from other industry domains strongly encourage to apply – we will fill the media & digital gaps for you.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience or familiarity with sophisticated scripting tools e.g. Python, SQL, VBA or Excel etc.

    • Proven ability to write research analytics reports, and present it to a diverse audience in various formats e.g. webinar, symposium, conferences etc.

    • Empower great cross-functional relationships with collaborators

    • Lead multiple projects simultaneously whilst adhering to timelines

    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to listen and comprehend problems quickly

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Available to travel up to 20% of time to other Kantar offices or client locations

    • Understands and maintains a good work-life balance.

    The salary range for this role in New York is $113,600 – $189,300. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
