HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director, Staff Development at an 70+ bed hospital in AZ. 
Requirements:
- Education: BSN, MSN required
 - Experience: Must have five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting and two (2) years of experience with Staff Education, teaching staff in a clinical environment, or lead educator on an education initiative.
 - License: Active RN license from any state required. 
 - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA)
 - Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite; must be computer savvy
 
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
