As Director of TMS Platform Growth & Provider Partnerships, you would be responsible for driving provider adoption, expanding strategic partnerships, and overseeing product governance to scale a national healthcare technology platform.

This role blends provider distribution, ecosystem enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustainable growth, strong platform integrity, and long-term adoption. You will work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams while building trusted relationships across healthcare providers and third-party partners to support platform expansion and innovation.

Key Job Duties:

• Develop and execute a repeatable provider distribution strategy to drive platform adoption and utilization.

• Build, manage, and expand relationships with healthcare providers and key ecosystem partners.

• Identify and enable strategic third-party integrations that enhance platform capabilities and reach.

• Partner with product and engineering teams on road mapping, prioritization, and release governance.

• Establish feedback loops between providers, partners, and internal stakeholders to guide continuous platform improvement.
