About the Role:
Join Tiny Tots Learning Ministry as the Director and lead our dedicated team in nurturing the minds and hearts of young children. This is an exciting opportunity to shape early childhood education in a warm, welcoming New environment in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children.
Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes holistic child development.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
Foster positive relationships with families and the community to enhance program visibility.
Monitor and assess program quality and compliance with state regulations.
Coordinate and lead staff meetings and parent workshops to support continuous improvement.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainability and growth.
Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through innovative programming.
Support the Staff and the center in maintaining all Paths of quality levels
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and staff.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Proficient in administrative tasks and budget management.
Passion for working with young children and commitment to their growth and development.
Must be familiar with VCP Paths of quality
Must be familiar with running a center and maintaining the everyday procedures
