Job Summary: The Director of Hoops4HIM – Treasure Valley leads the regional basketball ministry operations, overseeing program development, team coordination, community outreach, and spiritual mentorship. This role is responsible for growing the impact of Hoops4HIM in the Treasure Valley area by cultivating relationships with youth, families, volunteers, churches, and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct local basketball leagues, clinics, and tournaments.

Recruit, train, and manage coaches and volunteers.

Build partnerships with local churches, schools, and community organizations.

Provide spiritual leadership and mentorship consistent with Hoops4HIM’s Christian mission.

Oversee fundraising efforts, budgets, and program logistics.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Passion for youth sports and ministry.

Experience in coaching, youth work, or nonprofit leadership preferred.

Alignment with Hoops4HIM’s faith-based mission and values.
