    PCI Health Training Center is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Admissions to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Admissions teams across both our Dallas and Richardson campuses.     🔹 Key Responsibilities

    Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7+ Admissions Advisors across two campuses.

    Oversee all day-to-day admissions operations, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.

    Monitor and manage team performance metrics, including lead conversion, interview-to-enroll, and enrollment-to-start ratios.

    Ensure compliance with Title IV, TWC, and institutional policies and procedures.

    Collaborate with Financial Aid, Career Services, and Academic departments to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.

    Daily reporting of activity/enrollment progress to executive leadership.

    Develop and implement strategic outreach and recruitment initiatives.

    Travel regularly between Dallas and Richardson campuses as needed.

    🔹 Qualifications

    Minimum 2+ years of Admissions leadership experience in post-secondary education; career college background strongly preferred.

    Strong knowledge of admissions processes, key performance indicators and student lifecycle best practices.

    Demonstrated success in team development, data-driven decision making, and goal achievement.

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.

    Ability to work independently while fostering a strong team culture.

    Flexibility to work outside of scheduled time to fill in as needed, especially during peak enrollment periods.
