    The Director of Admissions for Primrose Schools of Morristown, Florham Park, West Orange, and Paramus leads all admissions, enrollment, and reenrollment efforts, while driving marketing and communication strategies to increase community awareness and engagement across all four schools.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

    3–5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related field required.

    Demonstrated professionalism and ability to lead by example.

    Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Creative problem-solving abilities with a forward-thinking mindset.

    Experience resolving interpersonal workplace issues and supporting team collaboration.

    Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region

    Responsibilities

    Support school enrollment processes, including leading tours for prospective families.

    Develop and deliver quarterly enrollment training programs.

    Partner with leadership to drive enrollment initiatives and meet occupancy goals.

    Track, analyze, and report enrollment data to leadership.

    Oversee Admission Coordinators, ensuring timely follow-up and lead conversion.

    Monitor call quality and manage prospective parent inquiries.

    Plan and participate in community and in-school events to support recruitment.

    Organize and manage monthly open house events.

    Oversee parent onboarding, including orientation and system access.

    Conduct annual family follow-ups to support retention.

    Manage exit surveys to identify trends and improve retention strategies.

    Maintain accurate class lists and enrollment trackers.

    Support schools in filling open enrollment spots.

    Prepare and send weekly enrollment and operations reports.

    Manage marketing event budgets and local marketing initiatives.

    Create marketing materials aligned with brand standards.

    Ensure regular social media and website updates.

    Monitor and respond to parent feedback and online reviews to maintain brand reputation.

    Salary Range: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00, based on level of education and relevant experience.

    Shift Schedule: We offer flexible shifts between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
