Frozen Ropes is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive revenue, partnerships, and expansion into new locations.
This is a growth-focused role for someone who can build relationships, create opportunities, and use AI tools to scale outreach, operations, and expansion efforts.
What You’ll Do
Build partnerships with teams, leagues, schools, and organizations to drive participation
Generate new revenue through outreach, relationships, and strategic initiatives
Identify and develop opportunities for new franchise and licensed locations
Support outreach, qualification, and onboarding of potential partners/operators
Help create scalable systems for expansion using AI and automation tools
Increase participation across camps, clinics, and training programs
Represent Frozen Ropes at events and within the community
What We’re Looking For
Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or expansion roles
Proven ability to generate revenue and build strategic relationships
Experience using AI tools to improve business processes, outreach, or growth (required)
Strong communication and self-starter mindset
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Bonus:
Experience with franchise development, multi-location businesses, or licensing models
Background in sports or youth programs
Schedule
Full-time (Mon–Fri + some evenings/weekends for events)
Occasional travel for partnerships and expansion
