    We are recruiting a Director of Sales for the medical device contract manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will build and maintain regional or national accounts, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team. You will identify new business opportunities and represent our design, molding, and manufacturing services to medical device companies.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Set sales goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.
    • Identify new business opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
    • Pursue sales opportunities with medical OEMs.
    • Build relationships with key decision-makers for long-term partnerships.
    • Ensure total customer satisfaction across accounts.
    • Obtain internal approval for customer quotations.
    • Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and marketing.
    • Participate in new product development to ensure market relevance.
    • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
    • Hire, train, and support the sales team.
    • Provide ongoing technical support and professional development.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred, not required)
    • 8–10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in contract manufacturing for the medical device industry
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and meet/exceed revenue goals in a technical sales environment
    • Strong understanding of the medical device product lifecycle, regulatory environment (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA), and OEM dynamics
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
    • Ability to travel up to 30–40% to support customer engagement and attend industry events
