    We are hiring a Commercial Relationship Consultant who builds relationships, moves quickly, and sells through consultative, relationship-based selling.

    Who You Are

    Experienced in commercial sales, B2B sales, or business development

    Personable, social, and confident meeting with property managers, facility managers, adjusters, brokers, and commercial clients

    Decisive and fast-moving—you don’t need all the facts to take action

    Comfortable in outside sales, relationship management, and networking

    A closer—with integrity

    You believe “no” is temporary and follow through consistently.

    How You Sell

    Consultative sales approach

    Relationship-based selling (not transactional)

    Educate customers on the restoration process

    Set clear expectations and communicate effectively

    Close commercial jobs without pressure or manipulation

    What You’ll Produce

    $100,000+ per month in collected revenue

    $1M+ annually in commercial restoration sales

    Mid-size commercial projects ($50,000–$100,000)

    Strong, repeat referral relationships

    Long-term, sustainable revenue growth
