We are a non-medical home care agency in Orange County seeking a highly, motivated business development professional who knows a great opportunity when they see one.

Reporting to the owner, this role is responsible for:

Representing our company and our values to the market

Maintaining constant contact with our existing referral sources

Being creative and aggressive in building new referral sources to grow market share

Assisting private pay prospects with identifying their specific objectives that can be addressed with a home care solution

If you're a go-getter, your income is unlimited!

You'll receive a base salary and bonuses tied to monthly growth. However, if you believe you own the "secret sauce" for growing a home care business and would like to present YOUR compensation structure, the owner is more than willing to hear it. No matter what comp plan we agree on, your income is all about growth --- the more we grow, the more money you make! AND - there's NO CAP on what you can make.
