Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our Central Texas sales operation. This role is responsible for driving growth in mitigation and reconstruction services, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our commercial customer base. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in the restoration industry, particularly within the Central Texas market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Performance
· Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across Central Texas.
Meet or exceed sales quotas through strategic execution of the full sales cycle.
Promote SERVPRO® services to commercial clients using tailored solutions and relationship-building.
Team Leadership & Strategy
· Set clear goals aligned with company strategy and regional growth targets.
Conduct weekly team and one-on-one meetings to drive accountability and performance.
Adapt sales tactics to evolving market conditions and customer needs.
Business Development
· Identify and cultivate new commercial prospects using a systematic approach.
Leverage SERVPRO® marketing tools (Emergency Ready Plans, national sponsorships, key differentiators) to drive engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
· Proven success in sales leadership within the restoration, mitigation, or reconstruction industry.
Demonstrated ability to grow commercial accounts and lead high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of the Central Texas market and customer landscape.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within Central Texas as needed.
