Position Overview: Vitality Health Care is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development and Sales to lead our efforts in expanding our client base and strengthening referral partnerships. This senior-level role will focus on strategic planning, relationship development, and marketing initiatives that align with our mission and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase client acquisition and referral sources.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnership development.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with physicians, hospitals, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth strategies with organizational objectives.
Lead sales and marketing efforts, including planning campaigns, attending industry events, and representing Vitality Health Care in the community.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine business development tactics.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to any business development or sales team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the home care industry
Proven track record of driving business growth and building successful partnerships.
Strong understanding of healthcare referral systems, provider relations, and marketing strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative leadership team.
