Director of Case Management

Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 Annual Salary

Are you an operations leader who is energized by numbers and results? A growing ABA therapy organization is looking for a Director of Case Management to lead and oversee an established case management team. We are offering COMPETITIVE PAY with room to grow.

This is a full time role based in Monsey, NY, hybrid considered. You will oversee a large case management team, with experienced team leads already in place, driving performance, throughput and results. This is a managed-operations seat for a hands-on leader, not a sales role.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a BCBA / ABA therapy organization (required)
• Experience leading and managing a team, ideally in case management or operations
• Strong analytical, process and performance management skills
• Comfortable owning metrics and driving results
• Able to work in Monsey, NY, hybrid considered

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the case management team and its team leads
• Drive performance, quality and throughput against clear metrics
• Build process and structure as the team grows
• Report results to ownership
