Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Day Care Director to oversee and manage our childcare facility, specializing in providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education and development, with a particular emphasis on working with children with mild autism. The Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the daycare, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of care and education, while fostering an environment of acceptance and growth for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Lead and supervise all daycare staff, including teachers, assistants, and support staff, ensuring the implementation of the center's educational philosophy and maintaining a positive, professional work environment.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes early childhood development, with modifications and specialized support for children with mild autism, in collaboration with educators and specialists.
• Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring open communication about each child’s progress and addressing any concerns or special needs, particularly for children on the autism spectrum.
