Summary:
Seeking a strategic and clinical leader to oversee care quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across multiple healthcare centers. This role supports long-term care communities including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical performance and quality standards across multiple sites
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CARF regulations
• Conduct site visits and implement corrective action plans
• Support MDS documentation, infection prevention, and care planning
• Lead orientation for DONs, ADONs, and clinical staff
• Support QAPI processes and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with operations on survey readiness and staff development
• Serve as a resource for clinical decision-making and strategic planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• 5+ years as a Director of Nursing or similar operational leadership
• Active RN license
• AANAC & CPR certified
• Experience in LTC operations and consulting preferred
