Doors of Hope, Inc. is conducting an executive search for a top-tier DC-licensed LICSW or LPC to serve as Director of Clinical Services—the organization’s senior clinical authority. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced clinician-executive ready to drive clinical quality, regulatory excellence, and operational accountability across a growing community-based behavioral health organization.

This role is built for leaders with demonstrated command of DBH compliance, CARF accreditation, and utilization management—not for first-time supervisors.

What You’ll Own

Agency-wide clinical authority and decision-making

DBH, CARF, and Comagine Health compliance and audit readiness

Utilization management, medical necessity, and continuity of care

Supervision and performance of Clinical Managers, licensed clinicians, nurses, and support staff

Documentation quality, productivity, and EHR performance (InSync preferred)

Quality improvement, corrective action, and clinical systems strengthening

Who We’re Targeting

Active DC LICSW or LPC (required)

Approved DC clinical supervisor

5–7+ years senior clinical leadership experience

Proven success in high-accountability, community-based behavioral health systems

Executive presence, sound judgment, and regulatory mastery
