Soccer Shots works with preschools, daycares, elementary schools and parks throughout the Colorado Springs area. We offer a quality, high-energy soccer program with curriculum-based instruction presented in a FUN way! Our creative curriculum emphasizes soccer skills as well as character development, which transcends the game itself.

Job Description:
It is the Director's responsibility to manage and direct all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots and to grow and improve the program in our Territory. Directors have the following overall responsibilities:
Prompt, reliable, and professional communication while working a flexible schedule
Hire, train, and manage a staff of coaches who will uphold a standard of excellence and create a positive reputation for Soccer Shots
Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual goals
Go above and beyond to sell, promote, and market our program prior to each season while still maintaining current accounts
Provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners
Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity
Coach HIGH energy and FUN soccer classes
Finding and attending community events to help grow our program
Role/Classification:
The job description above is a part-time hourly position with the opportunity to become full-time (salaried) with program growth. Typical/expected working hours are generally between Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm and some Sunday mornings, approximately 8am -12pm. The position may require one to stand, run, walk and communicate in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment. There will be opportunities for evening hours, 4-7pm, or other hours depending on seasonal needs. Flexible schedules are needed for this position!
Compensation:
Starting at $17 per hour in training
Hourly + commissions / additional bonus opportunities
Discretionary Bonuses + stipends
Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave, etc.) - after position transitions to full-time

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year based on experience + bonus structures
