Help Shape the Standard for One of Utah’s Top Real Estate Teams

The Perry Group is hiring a Director of Compliance (Associate Broker) to play a critical leadership role in the continued growth, development, and protection of our organization.

This is not a back-office compliance position. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a licensed broker who wants to influence agent performance, raise the standard of education, support agents through complex situations, and help build a stronger, smarter, more compliant real estate organization.

This individual will be recognized by REAL Brokerage as a Regional Associate Broker, specifically in support of The Perry Group, the #1 team in Utah.

We are looking for someone who brings both credibility and conviction — a broker who knows contracts deeply, leads with sound judgment, thrives in agent-facing environments, and is passionate about helping people grow while protecting the integrity of the business.

    What You’ll Do

In this role, you will serve as a key compliance and broker resource for the team. You will help agents navigate questions, improve decision-making, strengthen contract execution, and handle escalated situations with professionalism and confidence.

You will also play a central role in elevating education across the organization by improving compliance training, delivering contract and addenda education, and overseeing our new agent mentorship program to ensure agents are being developed with the right foundation from day one.

    Core Areas of Responsibility

Serve as a trusted resource for broker and compliance-related questions

Guide agents through contracts, addenda, disclosures, agency, and transaction structure

Handle escalated agent, transaction, and compliance situations with sound judgment and professionalism

Improve compliance education across the organization

Lead compliance, contract, and addenda training for agents

Oversee the new agent mentorship program and help strengthen the development experience for newer agents

Identify recurring compliance issues and implement better education, systems, and solutions

    Who This Role Is For

This role is for a broker who wants more than file review or issue management. It is for someone who wants to influence how agents operate, how they are trained, and how a high-performing team scales responsibly.

You may be a strong fit if you are:

A licensed broker with deep knowledge of contracts, addenda, disclosures, and compliance

Calm under pressure and able to navigate sensitive or escalated situations with maturity

A strong communicator who can teach, coach, and build trust with agents

Energized by raising standards, improving systems, and developing people

Able to balance risk management with a practical, growth-minded approach

    Qualifications

    Active Broker’s License required

Strong working knowledge of real estate contracts, addenda, disclosures, and compliance practices

Experience handling complex, sensitive, or escalated situations

Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or supporting agents preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Highly organized and able to balance day-to-day support with long-term improvement initiatives

    Why This Opportunity?

At The Perry Group, this role offers the chance to make a real organizational impact. You will not just be maintaining compliance — you will be helping define how compliance, education, and agent development are executed at a high level inside one of the most recognized teams in the state.

You will have the opportunity to:

    Influence agent success at scale

Strengthen the quality and consistency of training

Help shape the future of the new agent mentorship experience

Be a key leadership voice in complex and high-value situations

Step into a meaningful, visible position within a fast-moving organization

    Compensation

    $100,000 annual salary

401k opportunities (if W2 route is selected)

20 days of vacation a year

    All federal holidays off

Discounted healthcare options through REAL Broker
