They need someone to own fundraising end-to-end — donations, grants, events, and partnerships. This is a build-it role bringing structure to an effort currently led by board members and volunteers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fundraising strategy + execution across donors, major gifts, grants, campaigns, and events
• Build relationships and bring structure to how fundraising is tracked and grown

What They Need

• Nonprofit fundraising / development experience with exposure to grants and donor management
• Ownership mindset — someone who can step in, organize, and move things forward

Comp: ~$75K (flexible, commensurate with experience)
