    The Director of Digital Strategy will be responsible for scaling digital performance, technology, and training across hundreds of franchise locations nationwide, ensuring our brands remain competitive in an ever-evolving digital landscape. This role requires a highly communicative leader who can translate complex digital strategies into practical, repeatable systems that deliver measurable value at the local level.

    Director of Digital Strategy Responsibilities:

    • Own and evolve the enterprise digital strategy across all Stellar Service Brands, ensuring scalability, brand consistency, and measurable ROI.
    • Design and implement scalable digital frameworks that can be deployed, trained, and supported effectively across franchisees and multiple brands.
    • Partner closely with marketing, operations, IT, and franchise development to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business goals and support franchise growth.
    • Lead web performance strategy across all brand websites, improving SEO visibility, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall customer acquisition performance.
    • Leverage analytics, reporting, and experimentation to continuously optimize website performance, UX, and digital marketing effectiveness.
    • Establish clear performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that translate digital data into actionable insights for leadership, internal teams, and franchisees.
    • Champion a test-and-learn culture that uses experimentation and data-driven decision-making to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.
    • Lead relationships with digital vendors and platform partners, managing performance, budgets, contracts, and ensuring alignment with enterprise and franchise needs.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, and optimize digital platforms and vendor partnerships as the organization scales.
    • Develop and oversee digital training programs that help franchisees understand key digital drivers and execute effectively at the local level.
    • Translate complex digital strategies into clear, practical guidance that drives adoption, performance, and consistency across the franchise system.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital team while fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
    • Serve as a clear and confident communicator who can align stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive adoption across diverse audiences.

     

     

    Director of Digital Strategy Requirements:

    • 10+ years’ experience
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
    • Experience in digital marketing and strategy, ideally within home services, franchising, or multi-location businesses.
    • Proven experience scaling digital platforms, tools, and strategies across large, distributed organizations.
    • Strong expertise in SEO, lead generation, web optimization, and analytics.
    • Demonstrated success leading vendor ecosystems and managing complex partner relationships.
    • Experience building and delivering digital training programs at scale.
    • Highly data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations and action.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with comfort influencing across brands and functions.
