Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high-quality food service and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Manage and mentor kitchen staff, promoting professional growth and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all dining areas.
Monitor inventory and control food costs to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
Conduct regular training sessions to maintain service standards and quality.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve dining services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition, or Registered Diet Tech.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management or dining operations.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence.
ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.
