Greater is seeking a dynamic Director of Emerging Generations to lead our children and youth ministries. This passionate, creative leader will shape spiritual formation from early childhood through adolescence, helping young disciples grow in faith, purpose, and community. The ideal candidate should be strategic, organized, energetic, and gifted in teaching, mentorship, and program development. Responsibilities include overseeing weekly ministries, special events, discipleship programs, and willing worker teams.

Full-Time or Flexible Full-Time Status:

This position requires the equivalent of full-time availability, though hours may be arranged with some flexibility. Individuals with other professional commitments may be considered if they can consistently meet the position’s expectations and required ministry functions.
