    Position Overview

    A fast-growing consumer products company is seeking a highly driven Director of Execution to partner directly with the founders and lead execution across the business.

    This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to turn ideas into results. You'll drive company-wide initiatives, ensure accountability across teams, remove roadblocks, and keep priorities moving forward.

    This is not an Executive Assistant position. It's an operations leadership role focused on execution, ownership, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead high-priority business initiatives from concept through completion

    • Partner directly with company leadership to turn strategy into execution

    • Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, marketing, customer experience, product development, and supply chain

    • Hold internal teams, agencies, vendors, and contractors accountable to deadlines and deliverables

    • Build scalable processes, systems, scorecards, and accountability structures

    • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational challenges

    • Ensure projects continue moving without leadership needing to follow up

    • Create visibility around priorities, timelines, ownership, and results

    • Support operational improvements and company growth initiatives

    • Track progress and provide leadership with clear reporting on key initiatives

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in operations, RevOps, project execution, business operations, or a related leadership role

    • Proven track record of driving measurable business results

    • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold others accountable

    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

    • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership

    Preferred Experience

    • Consumer products, manufacturing, or supply chain experience

    • E-commerce experience

    • Experience working with EOS or similar operating systems
