An innovative and rapidly growing private equity-backed company is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance Director to lead financial planning and analysis, M&A integration, and system implementation initiatives across a multi-brand platform. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to senior leadership, with a clear succession path to CFO in the next 3+ years.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead FP&A efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple operating brands
- Drive strategic financial modeling to support executive decision-making and long-range planning
- Serve as a financial partner to brand leadership, conducting at least two meetings per brand each month to support performance and accountability
- Manage key system implementations and help lead the transition to a new ERP (NetSuite) in the next few years
- Oversee M&A integration efforts for newly acquired brands, ensuring smooth financial onboarding and process alignment
- Own board and lender reporting preparation, including analysis and commentary (MD&A)
- Lead and mentor a small team, including direct supervision of the FP&A Manager

- Proven success managing M&A integrations and financial systems implementations
- Strong business partnering skills, with a “driver” mentality to push performance and lead discussions
- Experience leading finance in a multi-location, service-based or project-based environment
- Demonstrated tenure and stability in prior roles (3–5+ years per role is preferred)
- Exceptional communication and leadership presence, with the ability to influence at the executive level
