Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations leadership to develop and execute financial plans
• Analyze performance trends and help drive improvements across the business
• Support pricing and contract strategy through financial modeling and analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and overall cost structure
• Evaluate investments and provide financial input on key business decisions
• Build and track KPIs, forecasts, and performance reporting
• Lead regular business reviews and provide insights to leadership
• Collaborate with corporate finance on forecasting and planning processes
• Support growth initiatives, including new service lines and potential acquisitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles supporting operations
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to turn data into insights
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
