Manages the day-to-day operations of Facilities to promote a safe, effective, and efficient environment. Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations and services.

Required Skills

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 1 year experience in facilities and/or materials management.

· Possess knowledge of JCAHO accreditation standards relating to environment of care and hospital facilities management.

· Possess ability to manage and complete multiple competing projects.

· Possess working knowledge of facilities management

· Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.

· Possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
