We’re hiring a Director of Family Medicine who wants leadership impact, a mission-driven nonprofit culture, and a stable Monday-Friday schedule.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on 80% clinical care and 20% administrative oversight for integrated practice locations.

You’ll practice in New Port Richey, a charming waterfront city with access to boating, fishing, and scenic nature reserves near the Gulf.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $240,000 - $255,000
• Bonus incentives
