Director of Finance $150,000 - $170,000 per year As Director of Finance, this role will take a combination of team member leadership, industry knowledge, region specific understanding, operational and financial acumen and interpersonal skills to drive organizational level results. This role requires a winning attitude and the ability to overcome hurdles to support organizational achievement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Office Level:
Manage Finance staff that is making daily contributions at the office level
Develop relationships with office and regional level management to direct and consult on key strategies
Review and have a pulse on key financial results monthly
Organization Level:
Owner of minority partner relations and financial and operational reporting at a consolidated level
Manage Finance staff that is working at an organizational level
Organizational collections policymaker and final approver on the receivables decision making tree
Driver of software and technology decision making and direct implementation of technology and software, inclusive of operational, financial and AI initiatives that require technology considerations
Lead participant in M&A activity, including understanding targets and tracking their results, performing due diligence and building relationships with target ownership
Short and long term business planning strategist to drive organizational profitability including process improvement, multi-year forecasting, cost control initiatives and negotiating with key vendors
Build relationships with senior management, office management and financial personnel to remove barriers to success
Participate in and add value to organizational leadership meetings on a regular cadence
Parent company relations to drive further investment and trust
Other responsibilities, as business needs adapt
Required Experience & Skills
Excellent ability to aggregate and analyze information from a variety of sources
Relationship building with executive leadership or passive investment group
Ability to determine problem areas and solve issues as they arise
Planning/Organizing - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines while managing multiple projects, and strong sense of urgency and follow-thru in addressing issues
Knowledge of Paul Davis Processes and Systems

Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or other related concentration or job specific experience in:
Construction or property restoration
Accounting & Finance
Operational leadership or process improvement
Project management
Insurance, preferably property
Home services
Customer experience
Other relative experience
Travel
This position may require up to 30% travel. This position may require travel for company meetings/events and trainings.
