Director of Finance – Hospitality Group

Location: West Hollywood, CA (Onsite)
Salary: Up to $180k + Full Benefits including 100% health coverage & 401K Match

We’re partnering with a privately held hospitality group that operates a portfolio of upscale properties across California’s most iconic destinations. With continued expansion on the horizon, they’re seeking a Director of Finance to lead all accounting and financial operations across multiple locations.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage a centralized accounting team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help implement scalable processes to support growth. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and act as a key advisor on financial planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations across multiple properties (GL, AP/AR, budgeting, reporting)
• Manage and mentor a small but growing team, helping rebuild and professionalize the finance function
• Own monthly closes, internal controls, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Partner with executives and consultants to develop forecasts and support strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within hospitality or multi-entity environments
• 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role, with a focus on team development
• Strong command of Sage Intacct, Opera Cloud, and Excel; familiarity with Oracle a plus
• Experience building out or restructuring accounting workflows and systems
• Clear communicator comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders
