We are seeking a developed senior leader to apply their experience to our continued pursuit of “Operational Excellence” to ensure Great Food served Fast, Friendly, and Accurately. You’ll be leading, communicating with, tracking, and coaching all Team Members and Leaders on achieving and exceeding service goals during opening and closing shifts.
This position is responsible for shift management in an operational role, while also overseeing and managing front-of-house service operations as a whole. We are looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and help others succeed. Descriptions of shift management and Director responsibilities are listed below.
Pay Type: $28.00/hr + Additional Incentives

Qualifications:
Experience as a leader, with a proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments, and work as part of a team
Basic computer and iPad competency
Ability to input data and interpret the P/L
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
Shift Manager Responsibilities:
Take care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations and bring to the attention of the Director
Inputs data daily into the P/L system, and interprets the data to make adjustments to the Operations of the restaurant
Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly objectives and tasks and reviewing reports
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
Makes changes in the restaurant to improve our speed of service and accuracy scores
Serves as a subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
Responsible for inventory and facilities management
Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
Director Responsibilities:
Develop and manage all Front of House team members
Lead, train, and support Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service and Genuine Hospitality
Lead, train, and support components of care: Core 4, 2nd Mile, and HEARD model
Track position-based training for Front of House team members while utilizing pathways to advance training depth
Recruit, select, and develop leaders for the Front of House team
Identify and build a leadership bench for Front of House team member growth
Develop and manage all Front of House Systems
Innovative and strategic thinking that ultimately leads to increased capacity (more cars, faster service) of the Drive-Thru, Bagging, and Front Counter positions
Lead special projects and captainships assigned by the Owner/Operator
Develop and manage all Front of House Equipment
Ensure equipment is cleaned, organized, operational, and protected daily
Hold team members’ accountable to uniform guidelines
Develop and manage all Front of House Cleanliness
Maintain clean and organized inside (floors, drains, cabinets, shelves, and walls) daily
Ensure the outside Drive-Thru area is clean and free of debris daily
Coordinate with Facilities team concerning any repairs or replacements
