Title: Human Resources Director
Compensation: Up to $120k in base + Robust PTO package + 4013b matching + More!
Location: Fully Onsite (5x a week) in Santa Monica, CA

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required
• 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
• Experience with HRIS software
• Strong understanding of HR onboarding & offboarding, compliance, employee relations, and performance management
• Passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational development
