Position Overview

A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources & Recruiting to oversee both the employee lifecycle and recruiting function.

This is a highly strategic leadership role for someone who can build proactive systems, improve organizational effectiveness, develop scalable recruiting operations, and partner closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR compliance
• Coach leaders through employee challenges and organizational decisions
• Oversee leave administration, unemployment, accommodations, and employment practices
• Improve HR processes, workflows, and employee programs
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Talent Acquisition

• Lead the internal recruiting team
• Design scalable recruiting infrastructure and hiring processes
• Build proactive talent pipelines
• Develop recruiter KPIs and performance metrics
• Improve sourcing strategies and hiring quality
• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning
• Leverage automation and delegation to maximize recruiting efficiency

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience
• Proven success overseeing both HR and recruiting functions
• Strong operational mindset with excellent process improvement skills
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and leadership presence
• Experience building scalable people operations
• Ability to balance employee advocacy with organizational priorities
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
