StaffBuffalo is excited to partner with a respected and mission-driven healthcare organization in Buffalo, NY, to hire a Director of Human Resources. This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity offering $100,000–$110,000 annually, with excellent benefits and generous PTO.
As the Director of HR, you’ll report directly to the VP of Human Resources and lead a team of HR specialists. You’ll have the opportunity to shape HR strategy, coach leaders, manage employee relations across the organization, and support the development of 400+ employees. This is a highly visible role on the senior management team, perfect for a professional who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves on day-to-day issues and driving big-picture initiatives.
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Buffalo, NY.
