    Director of Human Resources

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Provides Human Resources Leadership by managing, mentoring, guiding, and training a team of human resources professionals and recruiters.
      • Will be responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department, including supporting Recruiting, Benefits, Immigration, and Resource Management practices, etc., as this role is dynamic and provides access to many varying areas of Human Resources.
      • Conducts performance reviews based on documented competencies and established annual goals/progress plans.
      • Supports organizational growth by managing human resources, vendor management activities, and assisting in the development of operational processes.
      • Participates in corporate strategy and direction as it relates to human capital management and vendor management.
      • Leads internal HR related projects.
      • Participates in candidate evaluations and recommendations.
      • Apply advanced understanding of the company’s service offerings and corporate structure, as well as current Human Resource and Vendor Management Industry practices.
      • Supports and follows Corporate Operations, Policies, and Procedures.
      • Updates internal applications accurately and on schedule.
      • Successfully manages operations team members.
      • Provide guidance and support to employees on an as-needed basis as it relates to employee relations.
      • Manages, leads, and facilitates HCM and vendor meetings.
      • Maintains consistent communication with the management team through regularly scheduled meetings to monitor resource requirements for future opportunities, as well as existing resource utilization.
      • Keeps upper-level management abreast of any employee and/or vendor concerns via written and verbal communications.
      • Problem Solving/Judgement - Ability to accurately assess resources needed to achieve project goals.
      • Proactively identifies issues and collaborates with upper management for issue resolution. Escalates issues when necessary to Associate Partners.
      • Analyzes existing human resource and vendor management practices for opportunities to improve upon existing processes and policies.
      • Supports recruiting function by extending formal verbal and written offers and onboarding new employees and consultants.
      • Responsible for exit interviews and offboarding resources when necessary.
      • Manages and provides initial triaging of HR group mailbox to ensure all inquiries are fielded to the appropriate department and resolved in a timely manner.
      • Supports the Immigration Process by managing individual cases through to completion. Will work directly with Immigration attorney to ensure record compliance, as well as case management.
      • Ensure existing employees are staffed appropriately on projects, inclusive of adding and maintaining projects and resource bookings within corporate accounting and resource management systems.
      • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management, as well as vendor management.
      • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
      • Participate in documentation of existing HR Processes and maintain them within corporate repositories.
      • Performs other duties as assigned relative to human resource functions. Examples include participation in company acquisitions, audits, and HIPPA.

      Required Experience:

      • Over 7 years of experience in Human Resource Administration or HR related fields
      • Background working in the IT Consulting Services industry highly preferred
      • Minimum of 3 years of leadership and people management experience
      • Must have a strong work ethic, positive and enthusiastic attitude, morally sound judgment, and diplomatic communication skills when interacting and interfacing with internal office teams and supported consultants.
      • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
      • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
      • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management system.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and related software.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when needed

      Education:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management is highly preferred.
