Director of IT

A thriving 40+-year-old healthcare organization, dedicated to disease care, is looking for an IT Director to join their high-performing team and drive innovation! This position will be instrumental in shaping their technology roadmap and empowering their team.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement strategic IT plans.
• Mentor and guide two IT managers, building a strong team.
• Champion cybersecurity and manage technology deployments.
• Optimize IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Provide training and development to IT staff.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Significant IT leadership experience in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in virtualization, Office 365, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in budget and vendor management.
• A hands-on, collaborative leadership approach.

Compensation: $150k-$175k base + bonus.
