A growing heavy gauge thermoforming serving multiple industries has invested and added capacity. To support their growth, they are seeking a strong Director of Sales that brings a specific base of experience and business relationships to the table. They are looking to expand into the agriculture market and mass transit (bus and rail) industries to supply large components and parts.
Leading a small team of Business Development Managers, the new Director will be tasked with mentoring, coaching, and supporting them by creating new initiatives and building relationships in the target industries. This is a 'working leader' - both leading the team and directly interfacing with and developing new accounts.
