We are looking for a "Player/Coach" who can inspire a design team to hit margin goals while ensuring field operations run efficiently. If you have a deep background in the Kitchen & Bath industry and the cross-department leadership to manage both people and projects, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Talent Leadership
Drive Revenue & Margins: Act as a goal-oriented motivator for the sales team, ensuring the division hits growth targets without sacrificing profitability.

Design Expertise: Utilize your 2020 Design proficiency to mentor staff and ensure technical accuracy in project planning.
Full-Cycle HR: Lead the charge in hiring, training, and developing a premier team of designers and project managers.
Operational Excellence
Field Oversight: Direct all field operations, providing high-level supervision to Project Managers, installation teams, and subcontractors.
Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee remodeling projects from contract execution through final completion, ensuring every job stays on schedule.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the final point of escalation for customer issue resolution, maintaining Bray & Scarff’s reputation for high satisfaction.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage the remodeling supply chain to ensure materials and products are staged and delivered efficiently.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the Kitchen & Bath industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Strong HR & Leadership Skills: Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and counsel a diverse team.
Operational Expertise: Skilled in all aspects of field operations, including subcontractor oversight and project management
Workplace Environment & Physical Requirements
Hybrid Environment: A combination of office, showroom, warehouse, and active job site environments.
Travel: Occasional travel to job sites, vendor facilities, and various company locations.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift or move product samples and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
