Job Title: Director of Lead Management – Chiropractic Offices (Remote/Chattanooga) Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Chattanooga, TN offices Job Type: Full-Time (up to 50 hours/week) Compensation: $42,500/year + up to $2,500/month in bonuses + $25/new patient from events (upwards of $70,000+ with maxed-out bonuses)

Job Overview: As the Director of Lead Management, you’ll drive patient growth for our two Chattanooga offices through lead conversion, community events, and social media. This fast-paced, remote role (up to 50 hours/week) demands flexibility, weekend availability, and a relentless drive for results. Using a company-provided cell phone and laptop, you’ll work remotely with occasional travel for events or meetings. If you’re self-motivated, reliable, and thrive on repetitive tasks with purpose, you can earn upwards of $70,000+ by maximizing bonuses in this rewarding yet challenging position!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Sales (60-80%): Convert inbound leads into patient appointments (min. 22.5% conversion rate), promote upgrades to the $100 special (min. 20% rate), and update CRM (GoHighLevel).
Community Outreach: Plan 1-4 monthly events (weekends required), engage attendees, and generate 4 new patients/practice/month from non-ad activities ($25/new patient).
Social Media: Manage posts (1-2 stories/day, 3-4 posts/week, 1-2 reels/week), engage followers, and drive 25% month-over-month Instagram growth.
Additional Duties: Cover as Chiropractic Assistant (up to 5 days/month, as available).
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year.
Bonuses (up to $2,500/month, potential $70,000+ total compensation):
Lead conversion: $500-$2,000 for 28.5%-50%+ rates.
Upgrades: $250/month for 40%+ to $100 special.
Social media: $250/office quarterly for 100% Instagram growth.
Events: $25/new patient.
PTO: 5 vacation days, 2 sick days (accrued), plus paid holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, etc.).
Equipment: Company cell phone and laptop.
Training: 15 hours of paid onboarding ($15/hour) + 2 two-hour sessions.
