Director of Medical Device Reimbursement and Market Access / Director of Market Access

My client, a medical device company, is seeking a Director to own reimbursement and market access for its product line. You'll be the company's primary authority on coding, coverage, and payment policy, ensuring providers and patients can access the technology with minimal barriers.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute reimbursement strategies across CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding, coverage, and payment pathways
• Monitor CMS rules (OPPS, MPFS, IPPS, ASC) and assess the business impact
• Lead efforts to obtain, expand, and defend favorable coverage and payment rates
• Partner across Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Finance, and support new product launches

About you

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Hands-on expertise with CMS coverage and payment processes (NCA/LCD, OPPS, MPFS, IPPS, NTAP, TCET)
• Direct experience working with MACs on LCD development and coverage determinations
• Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and external government bodies
