    Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Marketing, this position requires a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and creative insight.     Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the EVP of Marketing to define brand strategy, market positioning, and audience segmentation across Cotton’s family of companies
    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to support business growth, drive revenue, and build brand awareness
    • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals across content, digital, creative, and communications functions
    • Coordinate campaigns, communications and strategy with C-suite and enterprise leadership
    • Execute and sustain strategic partnerships with community leaders, brand partners and major cultural institutions
    • Direct brand strategy enterprise-wide to ensure cohesion across primary and subsidiary brands
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistent brand messaging
    • Analyze performance data to measure effectiveness of campaigns and inform data-driven marketing strategies and optimization efforts
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure marketing priorities align with organizational objectives
    • Guide the development of compelling content, creative assets, and thought leadership that elevate Cotton’s brand in the market
    • Drive customer and market research efforts to identify trends, inform strategy, and uncover opportunities for innovation
    • Manage external agencies and vendor relationships to support campaign execution and creative production
    • Ensure brand consistency across all subsidiaries, campaigns, and customer touchpoints by enforcing brand guidelines and creative standards
    • Lead cross-functional project planning and establish clear processes, timelines, and performance metrics for all marketing initiatives
    • Support new service launches, corporate initiatives, and major company events with targeted marketing strategies
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep Cotton’s marketing efforts forward-thinking and competitive
    • Report on ROI and key performance indicators to stakeholders, and provide strategic recommendations based on insights and results

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or director-level role
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
    • Proven experience building and executing successful B2B marketing strategies, preferably in service-based industries
    • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing large-scale, integrated campaigns
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance metrics and reporting
    • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Sprout Social, etc.)
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, brand management, and lead generation
    • Experience working with creative, content, and external agency partners
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities with agility and grace
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Compensation
    $130,000 per year
