    Join a world class team of professionals at a three-time INC 5000 workplace services company as the leader of marketing!  Our client who is helping employers build high-performing teams through world-class food, beverage, and hospitality experiences is seeking a Head of Marketing as they scale into new markets across the US! 

    This is not a brand-only, post-and-pray marketing role. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy, run campaigns that drive real revenue, and build the engine that powers a multi-city expansion. You will also be collaborating with the CEO and VP of Sales to launch new regional markets using tailored GTM playbooks, generate and nurture high-value B2B leads, and design and execute creative, data-driven campaigns.

    Position: Head of Marketing

    Location: San Francisco Bay Area or Raleigh, NC (Hybrid, 4 days/week)

    Compensation: $100K–$120K

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Architect a go-to-market strategy for launching in 10+ new cities

    • Create and manage the marketing roadmap, calendar, and budget

    • Run multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and direct mail

    • Design ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV)

    • Own HubSpot: lead scoring, workflows, automated nurtures, MQL routing

    • Refine our brand positioning and messaging for key buyer personas (esp. 25–40yo office/HR leads)

    • Build battlecards, decks, ROI calculators, and proposal templates

    • Execute creative, low-budget campaigns to penetrate new markets

    • Manage and develop a junior marketer (design + creative strength)

     

    Requirements:

    • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience (service-based preferred)

    • Hands-on HubSpot expertise (scoring, workflows, nurtures, reporting)

    • Track record with account-based marketing for large, complex deals

    • Experience building GTM plans and launching into new regions

    • Analytical fluency: CPL, CAC, funnel optimization, ROI modeling

    • Leadership experience managing small teams or junior staff

       

    Preferences:

    • Experience in B2B workplace services, food/beverage, or office design

    • Field marketing or local event strategy experience

    • Past military experience (enlisted or officer) with marketing transition

    • Exposure to both agency and in-house environments
