    Our client, an innovative leader in functional nutraceutical ingredients, seeks a dynamic Director of Marketing to spearhead growth in health and wellness. You'll develop visionary, data-driven strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive B2B leads, and accelerate revenue through cutting-edge campaigns. Collaborate with sales, R&D, and executives to position them as the premier partner for branded nutrition solutions. This hybrid role offers flexibility, professional growth, and a collaborative environment.

    **This is a hybrid role, requiring regular on-site presence near Los Angeles, CA (Avocado Heights area)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute multi-channel marketing roadmaps with market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting in cognitive health and functional nutrition.
    • Oversee SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, content marketing) to boost organic visibility and qualified traffic.
    • Build social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc., via content calendars, paid campaigns, and community initiatives for B2B engagement.
    • Lead event planning for trade shows, webinars, and activations, including booth design and lead follow-up.
    • Track ROI with Google Analytics, SEMrush; report KPIs to executives for budget and strategy optimization.
    • Mentor marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally for product launches and cohesive messaging.
    • Manage budgets efficiently to achieve annual targets.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or CPG industry.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies for raw materials, nutraceuticals, or health-focused products.
    • Expertise in SEO best practices, digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs), and social media platforms with demonstrated success in driving organic growth and engagement.
    • Strong experience in event management, including virtual and in-person industry conferences.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and CRM systems
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Passion for wellness innovation, particularly in cognitive health and functional nutrition.
    • Must be based in Los Angeles.

    Compensation: Base salary $150,000-$160,000 plus performance-based incentives, full benefits, 401K
