With over 20 assets and 3,000+ luxury units in their portfolio & several major ground-up projects in the pipeline, they are in an exciting stage of rapid expansion.

They are seeking a Director of Marketing to shape the brand identity of their landmark residential buildings and drive the success of their portfolio.

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a strategic and creative Director of Marketing with a strong background in real estate branding and brokerage. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all branding efforts, managing external agencies, and aligning all marketing initiatives with our asset strategies to drive leasing success.

    The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing leader who can partner effectively with sales agents, brokers, and asset managers to energize all stakeholders around a unified brand vision. You will be instrumental in translating our company's high-end vision into compelling, tangible campaigns that captivate our target audience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Brand Strategy & Execution: Own the full development and execution of marketing and branding strategies for a portfolio of high-end residential assets.
    • Brokerage Relations: Onboard and engage brokerage companies and their agents, acting as the primary marketing point of contact to ensure brand cohesion and support leasing velocity.
    • Creative Oversight: Oversee and manage creative agencies, freelancers, and other external vendors to develop compelling content for digital, print, and on-site collateral.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and leasing metrics to inform and optimize future strategies.
    • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with sales and asset management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive strong asset performance.

    Qualifications

    • At least 3–6 years of experience in real estate marketing, brokerage, or property branding.
    • Skills:
      • Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies in a real estate setting.
      • Demonstrated experience working closely with brokers, agents, or leasing teams.
      • Strong project management and communication skills.
      • Ability to think creatively and translate a brand vision into tangible, effective campaigns.
      • Experience overseeing external marketing agencies and creative partners.
